That's not always true.

My current girlfriend is definetly a natural blonde (even the eyebrows are blonde) but the pubic hair is light shade of brown. When we first started dating I gave her **** about it, and asked if she dyed her hair. I have no been with her for almost 2 years and I can honestly say she is a natural blonde.
