The HKS TO4R has a P tim cutback/clipped wheel. I have seen it, touched it, taken it apart, and replaced it with a Garrett P trim wheel. The HKaSs US website even shows the same exact specs as a P trim wheel.
OK, I just wrote this huge post and now I'm thinking you may be correct.

HKS lists the turbine wheel as a 66.7/74.2mm which is the same spec that I have seen for a GTQ. The P trim is actually a 66.6/74.2mm wheel. I have also seen the T04R listed as having a GT series wheel... which I assumed to be the GTQ since that's the only wheel in that size range.

I just read something that said the GTQ what closer in size to a Q, so now I need to re-look at my turbo... hmmmmmm.

I could see a P trim fitting a GTQ housing as you described...

I was reading these places:

http://www.t04r.com/specs.html

http://www.moreboost.org/turbos.htm

http://www.mkiv.com/pipermail/mkiv/Week-of...414/020146.html

I guess I'll be back.... either way, the GTQ wheel is really sweet.

I believe you meant 64.7 and 64.6 on the exducer sizes. .1mm is like 3/1000ths of an inch. I'm chaulking it up to an error in conversion. HKaSs likes to put there own spin on other peoples things so they can get people to pay their crazy prices for ****.

oops yeah, 64.7/64.6. Could be conversions dunno.

Hmm, yeah, now I REALLY don't see it being worth getting a T04R. Much better off with a PT67H or something like that. Better turbo for the same $$$.
