Is the HKS TO4R Turbo good?

Some people have gotten some very good results from it. I don't remember exact numbers but I believe they were in the mid-high 400's

Define good turbo? Its a commonly used turbo. It can make a lot of power.

Ah... Well, it's capable of over 600 hp. Just need LOTS of fuel and mad tuning skills!

My turbo soon...... Just waiting on my injectors...

I rode in a friend's car last night, that has this turbo. He is having problems with fuel pressure. But, 15psi felt damn strong. It comes on mighty quick too. I didn't notice the lag at all. Maybe I was just overwhelmed though.
