Are there any 600hp RX7's? Other than the full drag ones.. The Scoot one did 700 something.. but that was a T51R-SPL

I rode in a friend's car last night, that has this turbo. He is having problems with fuel pressure. But, 15psi felt damn strong. It comes on mighty quick too. I didn't notice the lag at all. Maybe I was just overwhelmed though.

The TO4R is a Garrett turbo that was originally built for HKS to sell. You can now buy them from a number of turbo dealers that sell Garrett products for substantially cheaper than HKasS offers them.

This was my car I took rotary speedster for a ride in.
The other night I logged a couple of run's in 4th gear, In one of the I went WOT at 2900rpm and at 4000rpm's the boost was at 15psi. The other run WOT started at 3600rpm and at 4200rpm 16psi. Its a little different in other gears. But that just describe's the boost threshold??
Describing the lag on this turbo I would say its similar to my non-seq twins with the wastegate enlarged too big(doh). Anytime the revs are over 4k the boost comes on very quick. example 4400rpm 3rd gear go WOT @ 5100rpm 14psi.
