Ok so Just listen to me man I have done all the research on this and done the sawp myself. I have an s5 with a re cosmo block and all the goods. to be honest I'm into the project like 10k But i did it all the expensive way there are corners you could cut like how i got an fd tranny a t2 is cheaper and will work fine. And if you really want to know anything just send me a pm. Don't bother with the rew it has the same size ports as the re and the re has bigger runners on the intake mainfold thats why all the pros draggers use those manifolds. i'm not doggin the rew it kicks *** but the re swap will save you cash and a lot of headach. and you can use your stock wiring and ecu with a piggy back. I used my stock **** and a safcII when i first had it running then i went to a microtech lt8s. the stock **** will run it just fine unless you port the hell out of it like i did.
