Hey guys.

Im new here and I really hope some1 can help me out here.

Im a owner of a convertible rx7 1988.

the car is great and I have no problems with it except that it accellerates really slow.

and for some strange reason I cant pass 80 Mph.

I dont know that much about cars, but I would guess it could be the cars fuel filter or fuel injector.

the car dosnt iddle and starts right away, always, I also checked the air filter and that's new and clean.

Please could some1 tell me what it could be cuz im going crazy :S

id get a compression chech done before you waist any money on other repairs first , though you may need thoughs items aswell but kinda sounds like the motor may be weak.
