im looking for a tuner in the lower bucks county erea of pa. i need a good mechanic to get my t2 tuned in for me. if anybody knows of one in the erea please get with me about them. thanks

i have a 88t2 jdm motor and had to put the main dash harness in along with the ecu harness in the car. all sensors, lights, work so on. all the emissions where pulled off the motor from a guy that tried to get it together for me when the motor was in another car. i cant get the motor to hold an idle and when i hold it at 1500-2000 rpm it will dip down to 800 rpm or so. it also sounds like it is building and releasing air around the exhaust manifold. I really don't know **** on tuning im more of the put on pool off type. no shops in my area wants to touch it and I really wouldn't want to give it to somebody that would be as lost as me with it

Vacuum leak more than likely, spray some starter fluid around suspect areas, if it bogs then revs you've found the spot..

I'm in Allentown. KD Rotary in Nazareth is probably your best bet. They do charge out the *** for labor but they should be able to fix your probs if you don't want to tackle it alone. I have a bunch of tools, multi meter, comp tester, garage, etc but I'm not too familiar with T2's or I'd help you out.

hey has anybody in here ever herd of a guy that races and works on rotaries in philly named Joe perez. a guy emailed me saying hes the best he knows when it comes to them. and his track record speaks for its self.

i just want to know if he was ever delt with before i take my car out to him to get tuned.
