Vacuum leak more than likely, spray some starter fluid around suspect areas, if it bogs then revs you've found the spot..

I'm in Allentown. KD Rotary in Nazareth is probably your best bet. They do charge out the *** for labor but they should be able to fix your probs if you don't want to tackle it alone. I have a bunch of tools, multi meter, comp tester, garage, etc but I'm not too familiar with T2's or I'd help you out.
