20b In A Glc
In this pic, and the one above it, you can see where the firewall still needs to be trimmed. The oil filter pedestal mount hits near the gas pedal bracket where it's been spotwelded to the firewall. It looks like it was a good idea to relocate the oil return line.
From the looks of it, I'm pretty sure the Atkins manifold will fit. Infact, the stock manifold just barely touches the firewall at the top. This is with the back of the engine unsupported (the oil pan was resting on the crossmember), so it's tilted more downward than normal.
I was going to cut some more metal today and then test fit it again. Once the metal is removed, I can get a more realistic idea of which manifold will fit best.

First I will burn off the dry rotting 205 60 R13s on the back, and then maybe go with 195 because they fit better on the waffle style rims. The diff will be the weak link.
That would be cool! I'd maybe some day like to upgrade to GSL-SE front stuff too. Then I'd have a large assortment of rims to choose from. I'm just not sure of the front suspension parts (I was told they're combo of RX-3 and RX-7 stuff). I'd need an RX-7 person to look at it.
