Car:
1988 GXL Painted in 2000 stock silver with blue pearl(some chips, scratches and minor stuff, it was my daily,I drove it...but no dents)
S5 taillights, S5 turbo wing(painted PPG pitchblack) S5 aluminum turbo hood, painted same color as wing. car has been lighten to 2400lbs without driver, and it is NOT gutted.
Motor :
20,000miles on mild streetport, ported-matched manifolds, ported and polished TB, TB mod, apexi intake, no smog, no accessories, no omp (premix only), RB header, Stock cat, Corksport Catback. TII fuel pump.
Tranny is stock, with short throw, custom ****(threaded), redline fluids and a ACT 4puck, solid copper unsprung clutch with super heavy PP, and CS SS clutch line.
SUS. :
KYB GR2 struts, Intrax springs, CS DTSS emiminator bushings
TII wheels with Kumho’s (205/60/16) less than 100 miles on these.
Interior :
Corbeau Forza seats, black, maybe 10 months old, 4 point harnesses, redone black carpet, and Grey door panels with manual windows (never have to worry about the window motor breaking). Autometer AFR gauge on 2 gauge pillar mount. No head unit. New Jensen speakers in the back.
BAD: Radio surround broken (like every other S4). I average 17MPG in the city.
Things I have replaced:
Right Rear Brake Caliper, All Brake Pads, All Intake Gaskets, Driver side door handle.
Very quick for an N/A. Runs Strong. Suspension is stiff. Handles extremely well. Rock-solid idle at 750rpm. Owner before me claimed he ran a 14.9 in the quarter mile. But that was in Missouri in winter. In Phoenix (where I am) in the summer, I ran a 16.1 with shitty tires. It was my first time too, and I assume with more experience I could drop the time drastically. Survived Arizona summer with no over heating. Only raced the one time I went to the track while I have owned the car. I am the third owner. VIN# JM1FC331XJ0612361
I am selling the car, because I want to start a new project and my parents won’t let me have two 7’s. I am looking to pick up a stock or lightly modded S4 T2.
Car is located in Gilbert, Arizona 85233 on weekends and in Tucson, Arizona 85719 during the week. I will ship but buyer will arrange and assume all costs. I live in Tucson, Arizona but go to Gilbert about twice a month. I can travel anywhere in Arizona.
I passed emissions (02/04) in Arizona by using the rubbing alcohol trick. And it is registered until Feb 2005.
