What kind of mpg would be expected on a streetported turbo II? And also would it make it impossible to legally smog?

I've got a pretty healthy street port on mine and it seems like I'm getting around 12-15 mph. Give or take. My daily driving is about half city and half highway daily.

As far as smog legal, not real sure. My area doesn't require smog testing so didn't worry about it.

Damn that sucks. I thought the Turbo II's got like 23 highway and like 17 city. I wanted to street port my Turbo II, but I need something I can drive around town and not go broke.

A stock T2 probably does get the mileage you're talking about. The moment you start modding, kiss the fuel effeciency goodbye. I'm also guessing on my mileage. It might even get alittle better mileage.
