Supposedly the 8 trannys are very similar to the 7 trannys....at least looks wise. Not sure about the strength of them though. Also theres not much difference in the 8 trannys as in the S2000. It seems that the manufacturer of the trannys are marketing them out to different companies. Not definet on all of this but ive seen both trannys and thats what it looks like.
