the Tefba filter isn't available due to some politics between the aus. maker and the US distributor, so, short of ordering the thing from Australia, does anyone have a bright idea for filtering new-used J-spec engine crud out of the coolant before it hits my shiny new Koyo?

i have been looking at industrial line strainers but they are pretty clunky.

TIA

hmm i've never heard of a coolant filter... kinda makes sense if you think about it though... but, i'm kinda lost on the part about chunks of **** flowing through your system. i mean if you changed your coolant every winter/summer, would you have to worry about this? (assuming you use distilled water with your coolant?)

i'm gonna be doing a chemical flush on the j-spec, so who knows what sort of stuff it's going to puke up.

maybe i'll get some Evans coolant from santa so that once everything is clean it'll stay that way.
