We took a week off from the gym due to illness. I can already feel my body weakening, climbing stairs and such. I just need to find the cash to pay the gym people for another month.

I am getting too lathargic sitting behind a desk all day. When I get home I have to work on the house, which means no exercise at home, so I figure a ride in to work and a ride home is forced exercise.

10-15 minutes every day is all I've been doing. Pushups to failure, situps to failure, leg lifts to boredom (Soccer player body), and chinups during comercials (chinup bar in living room). Since my low-cal diet is losing the fat for me, I don't have to worry about cardio.

As of this morning, 5-9, 171 lbs, 16% fat. Starting from 200/25%

Nice! I have been dieting, honestly I am riding the bike more for the fact that I am lethargic from sitting all dam day, but loosing some weight would be good too!
