My dad was put on that diet by the county surgeon a while ago when he had his gall bladder out - he lost 30lbs and his cholesterol went down quite a bit. He ate a full fry every morning and put cream in his coffee.

No, not a no-carb diet, but beer is not good carbs or calories and I have been drinking a shitload of beer lately.

no carb diets work as long as you never eat carbs again. once you start again you put on weight like crazies ive been told.
