As far as where we go from here, going to rent a place for 3 or 4 months, max of 6 while we look for land and have a house built. Once I get the house finished, going to re-appraise it, take out a second mortgage and build a 3or 4 car detached garage with a game room overhead. We are looking at lots in Renton right now. Of course I need to find a job before we get a whole lot further on that project, but hopefully this other job will come through.
