Dude is coming by tonight, damn it was much easier then the first time around. Getting about $600 back from escrow, dropping the payment a hundred or so with the lower interest rate. We paid $177,000 and the value is now $201,000 (which is damn good for owning it just over a year) so they are dropping the mortgage insurance as well. Sooo, won't feel the pinch of the new car payment much at all.

Damn. Condos aint' cheap out there. My wife and I are moving into a 2400 sq. foot house that's nicely built, just over a year old, with a two car attached and a three car detached garage on an acre and a half, and it cost about the same as what your condo's worth!
