I am familiar with that aggrevating feeling. Apartment I lived at in NC, one morning I put the trash on the porch (2nd floor no one could see). I was setting it out there to take to the dumpster in a short bit when I was leaving. Well in the meantime the landlord came by for something stupid like a contest that was going on or something and proceeded to give me **** about the trash. I smiled at the bitch and slammed the door in her face. Felt good.

My friend got fined $150 because I parked 2 inches on the grass...the front wheel was barely on the grass...I could never live in a place like that...its like a little communist country with old people with nothing to do....
