Oh my place is on the market this weekend, this is horseshit. They have notified me of no meetings, all of a sudden I get this thing in the mail, they have officers and **** and they are levying fines. I only have one parking spot and I get a $75.00 fine every day when i park my second car anywhere else. My garage door opener may no longer be used... at all, can't have my sattelite dish, can't come home after 10PM and they can bite my mother ******* sack!

I don't understand that **** Phins, how can they just make ******' rules without a tenant's knowing? Can't you do something, I mean 10PM, WTF bro, my curfew was lifted when I was 16 not to mention a grown man paying for HIS condo.
