Well it's almost 4 am, i am cleaning the office tonight, garage tomorrow. Gonna have to pay 10K to the realtor and about 4k more in taxes, will be lucky if I come out even, but oh well, such is life.

 

That sucks. Have you been looking around for a place to live? Are you planning on staying on the east side? So I guess you won't be showing up at the auto x up here in Everett. Oh well, it is pissing down rain anyway.

Today I am going to finish up the office, then clean the garage, haul some **** down to my work dumpster. As far as where we go from here, going to rent a place for 3 or 4 months, max of 6 while we look for land and have a house built. Once I get the house finished, going to re-appraise it, take out a second mortgage and build a 3or 4 car detached garage with a game room overhead. We are looking at lots in Renton right now. Of course I need to find a job before we get a whole lot further on that project, but hopefully this other job will come through.
