i doubt it, since there are a few FD guys running T2 diffs.

Yes, it is a direct bolt in. You have to use a TII rear differential case though, and the FD "chunk"





I have an FD TORSEN in a TII differential case in my gaurage..... But the stock S4 TII clutch pack is stronger.
