Ok guys , I got the car running today which is the 1st ibn about 1 month , I found that i had a bad wire in the Crank angle sensor . I dont know the ends and outs of the system , Im relying on a friend , who seems to be pretty knowlegable . We drove the car today with just a few problems , when I stomp the gas it seemd to be getting to much gas or not enough fire . When I gradually step on it it seemd to do alot better .

Im running a stock 91 T II motor

I have removed all Ac crap / powersteering all emmissions

Plugged the oil injectors and now premix

Added a raciing beat dual exaust

thats it for now

I have a T 66 turbo to put on with a Sperco front mount intercooler

I plan on spraying the intercooler later

If you need any more info please let me know

Thanks

is your tps calibrated with a lap top? (make sure no throttle is 0% full throttle is 107% ect.)

also there is a feature that enrichens the mixture when you go full throttle for a set period of time. That could also be leading to your problems.

Either way, the only way to tune your particular setup is on the dyno. With that big of a turbo you could seriously mess your motor up in a hurry by driving hard on an untuned car.

a/f ratio readout on a dyno is the only real way to fix the problems you are having.

have you downloaded all the manuals on www.wolfems.com.au ?

thanks for the reply , we have all the manuals and know them pretty much front to back . I think you are referring to the transient enrichment setting , it was 340% when we started and tried it all the way to 0 with no change in the preformance .We are going to try it again this week , we will try with the lap top . Thanks again for your time .

No problem, sorry I couldn't be more help at this time. Stay tuned I'll have my figures with my wolf 3d this coming wensday. From what I have seen from this unit, it is extremely fast, and comprehensive. I run through 1st gear insanely fast (quickspooling turbo + 9lb flywheel) and it reacts like second nature.

I'll have vids to follow soon after. A wot punch in 1st gear at 1500 rpm, will have the *** end sideways by 3500 rpm, and will spin all the way through second, if you choose too. I have a very solid setup, but It takes the ecu to organize it all.

I'm very happy
