Default Need help, Wolf 3d V4

Hey guys I'm Shay from Alberta hoping to get some help with my Wolf 3D V4 on my S5 TII in my first gen.

So Here's the story, I bought this full motor and tranny with Ecu, FC coils and FD igniter, modified CAS to put in my FB off my buddy who wants to do a 20B swap in his car. When I got this setup the previous guy didnt have the harness for the FD igniter so he had seperate connectors into each pin, could this have caused ecu damage??? Dropped it all in and been tryin to start it but I'm only getting spark on trailing 2. All of the ignition lights flash while cranking.
I have the ecu connected to a laptop and while cranking Im getting some signal errors, what does this mean?

Ecu is wired into my fuse box for power, and is grounded off the inside of the firewall. Battery is located in the back, grounded off the floor, then another ground going from battery to the inside of the firewall. Have a bunch of Ground straps from both strut towers to the engine, and from engine to firewall. Pin 31 from the ecu (ignition ground) is grounded to one of the bolts on the igniter, and igniter is mounted on strut tower, 100% grounded (sanded all paint off to bare metal)

This is how I have the igniter wired:

Pin1: trailing 1 wolf (ign 1 output red)
Pin2: to (-) trailing 1 coil
Pin3: trailing 2 wolf (ign 3 output gray)
Pin4: 12v switched
Pin5: to (-) trailing 2 coil
Pin6: leading wolf (ign 2 output yellow)
Pin7: to (-) Dual post leading coil
Pin8: nothing, bridged to pin 7 in igniter

Igniter is definitely good and getting 12v, bought a new one and pigtail off somebody cuz I didn't like the previous setup.

Coils are definitely getting 12v

I'm completely stumped been working on this same problem for about a month. Just got the driveshaft done and bolted on so once this issue is resolved I can finally drive the car for the first time in 11 months!

I'm starting to think it is the ECU. Anybody have any ideas on what this could be? Any help is so much appreciated!!!

Made this account a bit ago and forgot the password till now. If people are interested I can put some pics up of the car in the build section later. Can't wait to get it running, just know its gonna be a lot of fun

Also, swappe front covers to the 12a front cover for mounting purposes. Running premix cuz of omp removal. Im leaning towards getting a factory ecu just to get it running for now. What ecu do I get for this if I were to go factory? I'm comfortable with doing any wiring necessary. I have a full S4 harness..if I were to get the s4 ecu would i be able to wire it to work with this s5?
