yeah you guys were right! Hose tech. did come with tie wraps, i just finished installing them and now i have to put that dam nest back into the car!
And yes those are screws that are holding the rack. i think there's 3 on the back side and 3 on the front. be careful when removing it... i broke 2 solenoid clips trying to free it! i used JB weld to put the clip back on... it's working.

it is a pain in the butt but once i got the solinoid rack out. I used the shop manual and tested each of the solinoids. BTW, use an exacto knife to cut the old hoses off the solinoids, cause they get brittle and if you break one, $50.
