A vacum hose job shoudlnt take anyone longer than 4-5 hours to do.

Only because you have to go slow removing the old hoses.

Also you need to remove one, replace one. In that order, one hose at a time.

Thanks for the info and pics on the hose job. I just oredered some! Will those zip ties hold up with the high temps?

yes the zip ties hold.



Go to here for your block off plates. They are the best available IMO.

what does AWS stand for? I'm like totally confused as to what all those things are blocking off sorry newbie here

AWS is the accelerated warmup system. It's what makes your engine shoot up to 3,000 rpm on cold starts. It blows. You can block everything off, but if your car is basically stock, you on't want to. If you block off the ACV none of your emmissions equipment will work. If you have any catalytic converters left, they will clog in a hurry. Get some more info before you go crazy blocking stuff off.

What mods do you have?
