lol. You mean 1/3 rear rotor APEX SEALS. You only have one rear rotor in the 13B(or 20B for that matter). If ONE apex seal is bad (cracked/chipped) then you lose compression on TWO faces. If you lose TWO apex seals (cracked/chipped) then you lose compression on ALL faces. You need two good apex seals to make ONE face of the rotor have good compression.
