big single turbo or 2 big turbos

hi people i have a s7 rz rx7 and cant make my mind up

should i go to a t88 and the likes or two apexi turbos of good size as car will be drag raced but will also be street driven my aim is high 9s low 10s witch set up do you think will be the best
