another ?????, is an S5 TII tranny better than an S4?
S4 has closer gears and the S5 has different mounts. On a first gen swap your limited to the S4 T2 tranny for the easier mounts. Oh well at least the S4 mount is easy to make for it.

thanks again...I will prolly end up buying the car that I found and use it as a good parts car for the whole swap...

Haltech it is then!!!!!!! Know anywhere where i can get a good deal???

Also, I want to put an FD intake manifold on S5 block...would I have to use the upper and lower FD manifold, or could I just use the upper??
you just have to port match the Fd UIM to the stock t2 LIM, this way you can keep the stock t2 secondary fuel setup too. I'm going to do this once i get some cash.
