I have the same problem on my GSL-SE. It sat for maybe 6 months to a year. I went to show it to a perspective buyer and it would not move at all. I told him to gtfo and I sat down and it just worked. Maybe a few weeks later I went to move it again and now this problem. I cannot get it to go anywhere now. Only thing different about my situation is that it seems to go into gear (though it is not) w/o any struggle, its as if the cluth is stuck in or something ? I can freely move it in and out of gear w/o the clutch pedal depressed while the engine is on. I put it in first w/ the engine off and engaged the starter and the car did not move. I have no idea what the problem is.

turns out the car was missing the passenger side halfshaft!

put another one in, everything is A-OK!

turns out someone borrowed the one on the car before I bought it and did not replace it
