put it gear- car goes nowhere

knock on wood but it seems like every RX7 I get my hands on always needs stupid little things to get back into shape
now it has me thinking of restoring the car instead of parting it out or selling it as is.

Haha, I could imagine that little diff flange spinning like crazy, you sitting there thinking "what the hell is wrong with this thing?"
LMAO i can def. picture that too.
rob im putting you in charge of buying my next rx7 and then selling it to me, you get lucky as hell when buying 7's.
thats one stupid *** problem tho right there, did the guy selling it not know it? if so that makes it 100x funnier. "i dunno why but one day it stopped moving" what the halfshaft just fell out? lmao.

the car was parked one day and not driven again, the seller's brother's friend borrowed the axle almost a year ago saying he only needed it to get his car to the shop, obviously he never returned it
I bought the car figuring it has not been driven in a year and that the full T2 drivetrain and perfect hood was worth the selling price, it needs some bolt on body parts to be nice again, just alot of stupid little dings in the fenders and the passenger door was previously repaired badly, I had it towed away from the house not caring if it drove or not. It also has a manual steering rack and A/C in it and is basically stock except the Bonez high flow cat and downpipe
The driver's door looked like someone tried to break into it, after the car got its axle the drivers outside door handle started working on its own again, previously I had to open it from the inside.
Shame the old school Racing Beat exaust is rusted out.
I think I am going to fix it and repaint it so another TII can live on.

might be a neat project, what color is it?

its red, I already have a different shade of red picked out for it
I mixed up a pint today to make sure thats the color I want
paint the s4 moldings red, either do the s4 tails or put one of the sets of s5 tails I have laying around on it, maybe freshen up the old school Fittapaldi 5 star rims, I figure I can do the whole thing in under a week at the end of my work day
