So I was changing my oil the other day and noticed a tiny Calsonic logo on my radiator cap. "Cool" I thought, "maybe Calsonic was the OEM for this car..." (keep in mind this is my first FC)

But then I noticed that a hole had been cut in the hood to accommodate said radiator cap. Now curious, I examined the radiator closer and saw that it too was of Calsonic manufacture, and that it was so large, it was set at an angle to get it to fit. (previously unnoticed due to monstro-ganticly large stock fan shroud)

The next day i was removing the foglights from the front when I noticed an electric fan on the outside of the radiator.

I'm pretty stoked at this discovery, but I'm not sure how stoked to be. I can't really find anything online about Calsonic Radiators except their corporate website, and thats fairly stale.

Any info?

(oh yeah...before anyone asks why the previous owner didn't tell me about it...he bought it from a japanese exchange student desperate to sell it and get home. The japanese kid did all the aftermarket stuff, and the only thing the guy I bought it from knew about RX7's was that there are no pistons.... )
