Anyone have the SLANT Radiator cap number for the cap that goes on the thermostat neck of a 87-88 RX-7?

My local auto parts can't locate it and I tried a standard cap and it leaks!

Thanks

I was hoping to get it today (locally) vs. a week and half through Mazdatrix.

Isn't that just a 16 lbs cap?

I've got a 10227 on my radiator (13 lbs cap). problem is I have another 10227 on my thermostat neck and that one seems to be venting coolant out after I drive.

Maybe I used 10227. I'm not sure now. Why don't you just get a regular cap, not a pressure cap, for the radiator?

I can't find a flat cap and nobody is able to look it up. I have 2 13 lb caps on there and the one at the thermostat purges coolant all over my motor.

I've got a overflow bottle at the raditor but not at the thermostat neck.

I guess I will order one tomorrow from Mazdatrix.

Yeah, you'll need a regular cap since there's no outlet to the overflow tank.

I need to get an exhaust gasket from them. I left mine on my downpipe while it was off of the car, and I broke it.
