Here is a discription of my cooling system:

radiator, over flow tank, 3 bolt t-stat housing and water pump. There is no place to put a radiatior cap and no place to put the line for the overflow tank. I searched and found a mention of the possibility of this set up but no real tech about making it work or if it does work.

Should i just go raid a junk yard for a t-stat housing or get a new radiator?

thanks

mark

you need a radiator. the early engines had the cap on the motor, then moves around, where it finally ends up on the radiator
