this is what I have been told too... also told that my perfomance would drop when I put the exhaust on because now I had "the ultimate free flow exhaust with better low end"

well, i put the gutted cats and the y pipe on today (want to get new "donuts" to hang the mufflers before I put them back on, car doesnt have plates yet, so I have time) anyway, on the way home, I revved it up, let up on the clutch, with the steering cranked ALL the way to the left, and the tires didnt so much as chirp.... today, I spun the back end around, smoking the drive wheel, going around far enough I had to countersteer to straighten it out, and will also spin and try to walk sideways when pulling out hard from a dead stop going with the wheels straight. I know you loose power to the ground when you spin tires, and I'm not saying tire spinning is cool, I'm just saying its a good gauge of improvement in performance compared to before. My gf hadnt ridden in it before so she couldnt compare the feel, but she said she could tell by the "butt dyno" that it pulled a LOT harder than her car does. ALL I did was gut the cats and put the pipe back on.
