Ford released the Focus RS in the UK earlier this year and i just wondered if it had got over to the states yet, its a chargecooled 2.0 zetec turbo with quaife torque biased diff. Only fwd though. Nippy car with scope for tuning. Nice wide arch body too with 18" oz wheels and brembo 4pots as standard too

Sadly in North America we have to make do with the SVT Focus, 170hp n/a. Otherwise fairly similar. Very nice little pocket rocket actually.



I guess those make good target practice for the GTi-R huh

yeah, they wont keep up with the 'R but they are still nippy at around 220bhp



im still in love with the escort cosworth

was talkin about the gti-r but i guess i could have meant the same about the rx7 too





these are a couple of pics of escort cosworths, the top one is owned by a local bloke, hes just got his new engine in- ran these times at pod:





0-60mph 2.89 secs

0-100 mph 6.06 secs

1/4 mile 10.66mph@136.95mph

top speed 194.7mph

North America sucks for import cars!! Look at all the cars that are not available to us.....Citroen, Peugot, etc. I cant understand why they do this to us

did anybody see the new photos of the crosworth foocus? it looks pretty badass. It was in road and track i believe, mabye later ill scan a picture
