hows the tuning like with the LTX12 compared to other stand alone engine management systems you have used?

 

Not bad, it still has some quirks etc that could be better, but the microtec guys should be releasing a better version of the software some time soon from what I've been told...

 

i see . hehe so how soon are you getting to finish tuning it ? what the max boost are you aiming for ? the full 3 bar ? mm...how hard is it to do the solid mounts for the 20B ?

Well, got conned into tuning again last night. It's hitting 12-13psi now. It is really starting to feel nice. The boost comes up over 1000rpm's later with the 1.30 than with the .96 exhaust housing, but that will be fixed with the side ported motor. The damn microtech works nice except for one small problem. Every time I make a change in a 5000rpm block, when I move to the next block it skips to the other fuel map page. It's starting to drive me crazy!
