20b In A Glc

Well, the GLC had been put on hold while I worked on other projects. I figured making the GLC a winter project would be ok. Heh, it's now officially winter so I'd probably better get a move on.
The MegaSquirt itself is complete. The next step is wiring up the sensors. I think I'll bench test everything before routing wires in the car. I also don't like where my remote oil filter is located. I used the stock mounting holes of an RX-3 coil holder. Well, I now have an old school coil holder and I'm looking for a place in the bay to mount it. I guess I could always go with 2nd gen coils. They're supposed to be better anyway, what with the E-core design. The tilt of the engine is also a little off, which means redoing the exhaust a little to account for the new angle of the engine when I correct it. This is good though because I was going to add an extra flange and fab a new short length of pipe for that unmuffled track experience. I know you guys would like to hear an uncorked 20B at full uh 'song', and so would I. I think I have some 2" diameter by 1/8" thick pipe kicking around.
Hmm... what else? Oh yeah, the Walbro is in place and sounds MUCH better than the Carter (I briefly test ran it to check my wiring and it's a lot quieter). I installed a 3/8" steel brake line as a fuel line under the car. I just need to add another shorter section to route it up into the engine bay.
I guess when winter turns into spring, as when I think the car will be done... maybe.
