Do you already have stock JC Cosmo coils and ignitors? I think I remember you talking about phase 2 on the other forum.

If I can finish my tranny today, I may start cutting the firewall. I decided to not build a mockup 13B and instead go for the gusto, er uh 20B, so I can fit the radiator. The tranny is already out of the way, so why not?
We want pics of the driveline in the car jeff. I need a new desktop.

I've got a guy coming to see my piston car and hopefully want to buy it. That would be nice if I could get rid of it soon. Then I could actually afford probably all the stuff I'll need to finish the GLC.

Mike, is it true that Mazda is still selling parts for '76 and later engines? How about trannies? I need a clutch fork for a '76-'78 ribcase tranny. Are they still available? Thanks.

yah, generally you can still get all the motor parts, you should be able to get the clutch fork too

I'll probably pull the fork out of my 4 speed in my MG and then search for another after the GLC is done. I still have to get a seal and gasket set for the Cosmo tranny too. Since I have no money for a flywheel at the moment, I think I'll remove the flexplate so the tranny and engine can temporarily bolt together. I've got to search for a set of bolts in my pile since the engine and tranny didn't come with any. Well, it came with a coarse thread starter bolt (10mm x 1.5), but that's it. I'll also try to get to the firewall today.

The more I think about it, the more I think I should throw a 13B mockup together to see just how everything is supposed to fit. It will make the 20B job easier (that's right, I've gotta keep telling myself that, so I'll start to believe it or something lol).
