i was getting of the interstate and at the top of the off ramp (last 100 ft) there was this really bad grumbling noise after the light turned i went to get gas and check it out and i couldent see anything and it didn't do it the resat of the way home i was doing around 80 on the intrestate any ideas appreciated

 

Could be the tranny(Or rearend), check the gear oil(level, color, consistency), you might even want to drain it and check for metal.

But dont worry to much, from the short story you told it sounds like it might have been the disc brakes scrubbing a little or you might not have had her completely in gear.(end of an On Ramp you were probably going for fourth. Four and Five are good about showing off imperfections.
