ooo, you can flex your muscle on me... it sounds like the u joints but there isnt vibration so thats prob not it. good thing too bc i just spent $200 replacing the verts u joints

 

i had no vibration, that i could tell, but did have u joints with play. unfortunately theyre not replaceable...

 

ok ill check em out and that will probably be the problem, luckily we have a place here in town that has the machinery to cut them and replace the ends with ones that have replaceable joints, theyre laser balanced of course.

i think they are the ones who did that for me, i wish i could hear the knock, it may be similar to what happened to me with my u-joints

 

yeah WC, ill look at it tonight when i change the oil.
