i want to wire those bitches open...........how do i do it? any help?

they are closed right now, so push em open and apply the ziptie

are these easy to push open, b/c i tried and i guess theyre stuck, i even pryed with a screwdriver and still nothing, so im guessing theyre not moving. one is at the top stop, and the other is in the middle.
