wait a tic.....would it just be easier to just buy a crap-*** one and then get a new turbo 13B from www.nippon-motors.com instead of buying a turbo to start off???

uh, only if you can get a Turbo II with a blown engine, the swap from a non turbo to a turbo will require more than just the engine, you will need the whole drivetrain, so it is usually better to start off with a T2.. But since you may not be gettin a seven, try a miata.. They handle well and have good aftermarket stuff...

Offer to pay insurance yourself... thats what I do, mine is 100 washingtons a month, and thats with a ticket on my record.
