What would you think of a quick reply feature

You know, at the bottom of every topic there would be a little reply box, you wouldn't have to click reply, etc, etc... anyone have any opinion for or against?

That would make it quicker for me when I'm at home on a dial-up connection. Would we still have access to the smilies (because we know they are oh so important).



I wouldn't mind trying it.

Sounds like a good idea, but will we still be able to do it the usual way?

Oh yea the full reply window would still be the same, you would just click "add reply". More than likely the quick reply wont have the clickable smilies, but we'll see what I come up with, i can set it up however we want, but the clickable smilies may add too to the load time of the topic.. hard to say. This is just an idea... now I gotta figure out how to get the reply table to call up on the forumview.pm

For me it does not matter either way...

But for people on dial up it could be a nice feature!
