As far as EMS 94Tour, I like AEM.

I am down to 3 cars, I think. 93/94 FD, 94/96 R/T TT (Stealth), 98+ Trans Am (LS1),

I like the 7 cause it is small and nimble, R/T cause of AWD, and Firechicken for it's brute power and ease of

hitting 11's. I am not a import/domestic hater, I like what I like, who cares where it is from?

7's and R/T's are rare where I live and Chickens arn't. I want to work toward 11's when I get home.

I am just pissed I am missing opening weekend at the dragstrip, second year in a row

(I was gone last year too), just wish we could hurry up and kick Saddam's *** so I can go ****** home!

I could be driving!

Please give me comments/opinions on the cars I am thinking about, raced either of them, anyone?

sorry about the questions, more for the kills/other cars section, thanks to everyone for their posts.

Forget the Stealth. Too heavy and too much money to get them into the 11's on a consistent basis. Firechicken, yup, every high school kid has one. Fast for the money, easy to make faster on spray, not very sophisticated and a GM product. Some complain about the FD's build quality but I've never been impressed with GM stuff. I'm biased. Go for the 7!

AEM has a nice computer setup for the FD, but I haven't seen anyone who has actually used it yet. So getting help setting it up and changing things may be difficult. You may find a Apexi Power FC with datalog kit or Haltech better choices. You will be able to get much more online help from rx7 guys.
