I was looking on turbonetics site and they seem to have some good prices for a lot of there turbos. Is it a good idea to purchase a hybrid turbo custom built for your car?

Ahhh...I thought that you had an FC...hybrid turbo's are generally for cars that already have a single turbo i.e. FC RX-7. It would be EASIER just to get a big single turbo...

Yeah, the prices for upgraded twins are pretty high for what you get.

You can! That's EXACTLY what I did. I made a FULL single turbo kit(turbine/manifold/wastegate/frontpipe/fuel pump/injectors/steel braided lines and -AN fittings/FMIC/Ignition/Power FC) for around $3000...
