How are they about the same size...im thinking of a 50 shot for lagg.
Nitrous won't spool the turbo. With the nitrous, you will still have lag... you will just have a substitute for the loss in power while in low RPMs while the turbo is waking up.

Have you thought about the "rest" of the car? I really wouldn't start with picking a turbo that makes 450-500... I'd start with making sure the car can accomodate that kind of power.

Remember, a nitrous shot creates a big jump in the amount of exhaust gases being created by the engine. In won't lower the boost threshold a whole lot, and only while the button is pushed. But, it'll overcome any inertia related lag real quick, as well as making the turbo spool a whole lot faster in general.

Its kind of a mix of both.

Have you planned the mods to support such upgrades? Not exactly a bolt on..

Im going with the HKS T04E kit. It can put out 400RWHP at 13psi and if you rilly need be it can dish out 500+rwhp but if you try that to much expect to see little pits of your car shooting through the hood

Good luck
