the race gas will help, but it looks like the rotary really does choose the judge

I believe if you guys read up in this months Option 1, they do a stock RX-8 pull and hit approx. 211whp which is increased to 225ish with cat back.

I bet if he put non-oxygenated gas (probably not available in NJ) into it, he'd get nearly the same numbers with pump gas. Well, that is if the timing is being retarded due to leaning out on pump gas.
