Well you see......As the car is moving foward, the wing picks up the drag and gives the rear wheels more traction....



Just messing with you! Anywho....Sadly I have seen a car like that. I think it was a corolla though so I dont think the one in the picture is that bad. Who knows....those could be solar panels and allows the car to get 60 mpg.
