Sorry, but I would never do that. Thats a mustang. You go with the v8 power and rumble. the only reason Im doing a swap on the bug, its the easiest, most money efficient, smallest, engine the will fit in the back. Props for accomplishing it, but not a fan of the idea.

Sounds like you got enough power going for it. Does the torque of the 20B feel right in that car? I'm thinking about a similar swap into a '94 camaro, but I'm not sure how it would feel in a heavier car.
