ok pics got sent to mazda, so i can share em



first is the stripped oil pan bolt, due to incorrect or incorrectly installed helicoil



next, its a little hard to see, but the tension bolt washer is broken, ive never seen that before, i think it didnt get oiled like its supposed to. also the tension bolts were not torqued evenly...



contents of the oil pan, keep in mind this engine is new, never been in a car



new rotor (yeah i know, i'm the one who said they didnt have any...) is all rusty, there was water in there, i dont know where from...



new bearing, with whatever that is...



also the front cover o ring protector (the white nylon ringy thingy) was missing, cant take a pic of something thats not there....

engine has been in the car and running nice since late november.....
