Ito, that looks like its big enough that you had to fill the water jacket. Mine is going to be a bit smaller. Steve helped me make the first bridge today. I'll post pics tomorrow.

basically the s4 (and s5) afms have a door connected to a potentiometer, the air going into the engine opens the door, which gives an electrical signal to the ecu.

with the s4 afm you can adjust the tension, either looser or tighter, on the spring of the door.

you can also, adjust the relationship between the afm door and the potenteometer.

you can also add a stop to the afm door to limit its movement.

theres an air bypass screw, you could drill a hole in the flapper door etc etc
